Discovery workshop to understand the corporate and community audience, define the proposition and what type of fundraising vehicle would appeal to each audience. We created a hierarchy by understanding the type of audience, value to the organisation (beyond financial) and the capacity of internal resources. Identified the opportunities and ways to maximise the potential.
