A strategy for a fit future

We ran an internal workshop to identify audiences and place them in a hierarchy according to the value to the business. Recognise where the ‘quick wins’ were and what long term strategy should be adopted to keep a funnel of prospects and clients that were appropriate for the internal resource and future growth of the business.
