Getting it straight from the horse’s (or cow’s) mouth

To better inform the redesign of the Fram Farmers website a UX discovery study was carried out with members using group discussions, an online survey and interviews. The result was a better understanding of the issues that matter most to members, identifying their top ten needs online and how the online experience could be improved.
